The game is slow on my phone. What can I do?
Open Settings and set Graphics to Smooth. The game also suggests this if it notices your phone is struggling. Your choice stays until you change it.

How do I get notifications?
Allow notifications when the game asks, or link Telegram in Settings. You get at most a few alerts a day and nothing at night, except chats.
There are too many pop-ups. Can I turn them off?
Yes. Settings has 'Fewer pop-ups' plus separate switches for street events, nearby players, tips and live news. Important alerts like jail and rent always show.
I lost my character. Can I get it back?
If you saved it with an email, log in on any device. Guest characters live only in that browser, so always save.
Is Hometown free?
Yes. It is free, needs no download and runs in the browser on Android, iPhone and computers.
