Hometown is a free online game where you live a Nigerian life with real people. Build a house in your hometown, start a business, ride the metro, fly between states and make your state the richest in the country.
Why we built Hometown
Most popular games are set in places that look nothing like home. We wanted a game where Nigerians could see their own streets, their own humour and their own everyday life, from Lagos traffic to Sallah in Kano and Christmas in the village. A place to build something you are proud of and show it off to your people.
Hometown brings all 36 states and Abuja online in one shared world. Every week states compete in State Wars, and every day players build up their state's economy to try and dethrone Lagos as the economic capital of Nigeria.

Free for everyone
No download and no big phone needed. It runs in the browser on any Android, iPhone or computer, and uses little data.

Chat filters block phone numbers, bank details and scams. Every report is reviewed by a real person, and younger players get extra protection.

Hometown is built and run by Anvil Interactive Solutions, an independent game studio. We are a small team that ships updates almost every day, based on what players tell us.
